Bila dah dewasa neh, kita mudah stress, depressed, but stil have to well dressed. Girls' code. So we need therapy to ourselves. One of the rising famous method of therapy is the coloring therapy. For adult, of course.
Sebab dah agak famous, there's even colouring book for adult sold everywhere. Kinokunikiya, MPH etc.
Inilah dia antara contohnya. It is more complicated that children's colouring books, the lines are thinner, the detail are smaller, etc.Ada banyak theme, boleh pilih abstract, animals, mungkin kalau nasib baik boleh jumpa make up ke kasut ke handbags ke khennn :p
However, since those books are quite expensive for me, the cheapest is RM29, hence I came out with a cheaper solution. Ahah. Thank you.

Tadaaaa google je dah keluar, so korang boleh la print, & warna je. Print la berapa banyak korang nak, warna la sesuka hati korang. Baru berapa sen.
Setakat neh I do love this kind of therapy. It does relieve your depression away.

Coloring has been said to be able to help you
achieve mindfulness, banish anxiety, and even
deal with trauma. Some of the books
explicitly label themselves as “art therapy.”
In simplest terms, coloring has a de-stressing effect because when we focus on a particular activity, we focus on it and not on our worries. But it also "brings out our imagination and takes us back to our childhood, a period in which we most certainly had a lot less stress." This leads us immediately and unconsciously to welfare, exposes the specialist.
But still, the best way to handle stress is of course, to Allah we turn :)
